Gift Card Regulations Banned

1. The Gift Card or Gift Card is the property of the entity that issues it: GLC SRL, with registered office in Rome, via Cavour 191 , CF/PIVA 03392140541, N. REA PG-285991; The holder of the Card is considered a mere custodian of the same.

2. The Physical Gift Card is valid for the purchase of items offered for sale online, in the virtual shop bearing the name : Bandito - www.banditostore.com, or in the following physical sales points, bearing the Bandito sign and name (hereinafter, individually , "Point of Sale" and jointly "Points of Sale") :

3. Virtual Gift Cards are valid exclusively for the purchase of items offered for sale in the virtual store bearing the name: Bandito - www.banditostore.com

4. The Physical Gift Card can be purchased at Bandito-enabled physical stores, mentioned in the list above, or at the Bandito online store - www.banditostore.com, by clicking on this link . The Virtual Gift Card can be purchased exclusively online in the virtual shop bearing the name: Bandito - www.banditostore.com, by clicking on this link .

5. The Gift Card can be purchased using the payment methods accepted at the Points of Sale. The Gift Card cannot be purchased using another Gift Card. The customer will be able to request a refund of the Gift Card purchased, if not used, within 14 days of purchase. Orders placed via Gift Card can be returned, the amount relating to the returned goods will be credited back to the Gift Card.

6. The Gift Card can be used in multiple solutions up to the initial value indicated. The Gift Card cannot be converted into cash and cannot be combined with other Gift Cards.

7. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the residual value of the Gift Card , the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted in the Points of Sale.

8. The residual value of the Physical Gift Card will appear from time to time on the sheet printed by the physical Point of Sale, at the time of purchasing the items using the Gift Card . In the case of a Virtual Gift Card , the residual value will be shown in the online shop cart during use and in the customer's personal section on the site, accessible after logging in. The residual value of the Physical Gift Card can be checked as needed at one of the physical Sales Points or in the customer's personal section on the site, accessible after logging in.

9. Physical and/or Virtual Gift Cards are valid for 6 months, starting from the date of purchase at any of the authorized physical Points of Sale or in the case of purchase in the online Point of Sale, from the date of the order confirmation notification. Once its validity expires, the Gift Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items and the residual value of the Card cannot be refunded or converted into cash.

10. Items purchased using the Gift Card at one of the Sales Points will be subject to the same general terms and conditions of sale valid for any other item purchased at the Sales Points.

11. For Virtual Gift Cards purchased, GLC srl will not be responsible for the failure to receive or delay in receiving said Virtual Card by the recipient due to causes of force majeure and in any case not attributable in any way and to the maximum limits permitted by current legislation. regulations to GLC srl, by way of example but not limited to: (i) poor functioning or interruption of telecommunications lines and/or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur for one of the causes indicated in the previous point (i), (iii) the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual Gift Card provided by the purchaser of the Card itself, for example the email address (iv) the circumstance that the e- email sent to GLC srl is considered spam or junk mail, or is accidentally deleted by the buyer.

12. Gift Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void, cannot be used to purchase items and the purchase price cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed using Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.

13. The Gift Card cannot be used for advertising purposes or for the promotion of products or services marketed by third parties unrelated to the person issuing the Card, unless authorized by the same.

14. The Gift Card merely allows a payment method and is not intended in any way as an investment instrument and/or a solicitation for savings.

15. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card entails full acceptance of these general conditions, which were made available to the customer at the time of purchase of the Gift Card and available at the Points of Sale.
